Deaf and blind people will benefit after a centre for disabled people received a £20,000 donation.
TouchBase South East, in Hyde Close, Barnet, received the money from video equipment and software company AMX after the firm's employees took part in a series of challenges including cycling 500km from London to Paris over five days.
The money will help pay for a new music suite and multi-sensory room at the centre, which was recently refurbished and is run by national deafblind charity Sense.
Jonathan Mangnall, AMX's vice president of sales northern Europe, said: “We’re proud to be supporting Sense and its exceptional services for people with sensory impairments and additional disabilities.
"We’re happy to announce that our staff across Europe will be undertaking a new round of challenges in 2015 to keep raising awareness and funds for this worthy cause.”
Sue Piper, head of corporate fundraising at Sense, said: “We’re extremely grateful to AMX for their generous contribution. A million thanks to everyone who worked so hard to raise this impressive sum.”
