Football fans will be on the edge of their seats this evening as Barnet FC prepare for their final match of the season.

The Bees currently sit at the top of the Vanarama Conference, with Bristol Rovers one point behind in second place.

The club, who play at The Hive in Camrose Avenue, Edgware, need only to match their rivals' result as they take on Gateshead on Saturday to clinch the conference title and move into League Two.

Although The Hive does not currently allow the club to play professional football on the grounds, Harrow Council has said it is ‘likely’ to give consent for the next three years.

The match will kick off at 5.15pm this evening, and will also be shown on BT Sport.
