1. Bittersweet

A melodrama presented by Saam Theatre Company rooted in the Iranian Islamic Revolution. Afsaneh meets Kourosh after 25 years in London. The last time they were together was in Tehran during the terrible days after the Islamic Revolution in Iran. During this meeting, memories of their love uncover secrets and lies.

2.Sister Act

Famously depicted by Whoopi Goldberg in the 1992 film, Sister Act is now coming to Potters Bar. Starring Sarai French in the lead role of feisty singer-turned-nun Deloris Van Cartier.

3. Gandini Juggling: 4X4

A breathtaking stage show in which two art forms ballet and juggling, entwine. This new work, directed by renowned juggler Sean Gandini, takes audiences on a journey through time and space to the tune of Suspended Opus 69 by Nimrod Borenstein.

4. Quoincidence

Playing tribute to legendary rock band Status Quo, Quoincidence were formed in 1999. The band pride themselves on capturing the distinct sound of Status Quo and delivering an authentic performance.

5. Defying Gravity

Students from across the area have worked together to create an exhibition exploring lucky charms and superstitions. The show is inspired by the ’Fums Up’ baby charm, a popular trinket given to RAF servicemen by loved ones, which had a wooden head to represent the superstitious act of ’touching wood’ to bring the owner good luck.
