Final year dance students from Middlesex University showcased their hard work in a performance at Finchley artsdepot.

The MDX Dances performance, held last Thursday, was the tenth show the university has held at the venue in Nether Street, North Finchley.

The event included pieces by leading choreographers, including Robert Cohan, who worked with the students for a piece called Forest.

Jenn Vogtle, who was due to perform in last year’s show until an injury forced her to pull out, was one of the students who took part.

She said: “After working on it for about a year and a half it was great to finally be able to perform Forest in front of an audience this year. I’m happy with our performance, but sad that it’s all over now.”
