Free bike marking event to prevent theft
Cyclists are being offered free security marking to prevent theft.
Police officers are marking bikes across Potters Bar and South Mimms tomorrow afternoon.
They will take place at:
- Glebeland Park, Blanche Lane, South Mimms, from 1pm to 2pm
- Oakmere Park, High Street, Potters Bar, from 3pm to 4pm
- Furzefield Skate Park, Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, from 5pm to 6pm
Security marking involves putting the postcode and house number on the bike with a UV pen.
