The closing date for a community competition has been extended to allow more nominees to come forward.
The Broadwalk Centre in Station Road, Edgware, is reminding groups and organisations to continue putting themselves for the next round of the shopping centre’s Community Health Fund.
The fund, which is offered in partnership with the Times Series, offers £500 to help charities, groups or businesses in the area who are in need of additional support to help them improve the lives and wellbeing of their surrounding community.
The deadline for nominations has now been extended by two weeks, and will close on Sunday, October 18.
Details of the three finalists will be printed in the paper giving you the chance to vote for the organisation you feel deserves the donation.
