Tayyab Mushtaq, 43, of London Road, St Albans. On August 6, 2016, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour and the offence was racially aggravated. Two counts. Between July 4, 2016, and July 30, 2016, sent an electronic message that was grossly offensive or of an obscene nature. On November 28, 2016, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause a person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them. Christopher John Paul Joseph, 39, of Elder Close, Park Street, St Albans. Between September 22, 2016, and September 26, 2016, stole mobile phones belonging to DPD.
