Christian Bokele, 21, is wanted for failing to appear in court for assault. He was last seen in Watford.
Mohammed Maroof, 50, is wanted for fraud by false representation. He has no fixed address.
Sylwester Baranowski, 44, is wanted for failing to appear in court. He was last seen in London.
Haralambie Simeon, 24, is wanted for theft. He was last known to be in the Essex area.
Anyone with information can call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
