An exploding window is yet to be fixed after numerous complaints from a Finchley resident.
Nagin Chauhan’s window randomly “exploded” at his home on 21 February after having been fitted by Anglian in 2008.
Mr Chauhan, 43, contacted their office on the same day but now, over a month later, nothing has been done to fix the pane.
He said: “There was a big bang and when I turned to see what it was, I was shocked to see the inner pane of the patio door had exploded into a thousand pieces without any reason.”
Mr Chauhan was given an order number by an employee before being told 13 days later that the order had not been placed, but a new pane would be fitted for him.
Since that phone call Mr Chauhan has booked two appointments for the glass to be replaced, but both were cancelled by the company at the last minute.
He added: “I believe the public should be aware of how dangerous Anglian products are and the blatant attitude of their staff in treating their customers badly.”
Anglian were unavailable to comment.
