Keygan Delroy B Cyrus, 35, of Artisan Crescent, St Albans. On July 17, 2016, being the driver of a vehicle owing to the presence of which on a road an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to other persons and he failed to stop. On same date, failed to report the accident; used a vehicle without due care and attention. Disqualified from driving for six months. Fine, costs: £2,131.

Vertil Aldeman Alexander, 54, of Claremont, Bricket Wood, St Albans. On March 5, 2016, used a vehicle at a speed exceeding the legal limit of 50mph. Fine, costs: £348. Six penalty points.
