A man is wanted in connection with an incident of affray, possession of an offensive weapon, and driving offences.
Frankie Coles, 20, from Manor Way, Borehamwood, is believed to have connections to the Borehamwood and Hastings area and police are appealing to the public to help them find them.
Anyone who has seen him, or has connections to his whereabouts should contact the Hertfordshire Constabulary immediately via 101.
