A group of students and staff from The Totteridge Academy took to the slopes in Austria for the school’s annual skiing trip.
Pupils aged 11-16 made their way to Maria Alm in Austria, a ski resort for their 13th trip of developing their skills and techniques on the slopes, which for some was their first time skiing.
Principal Chris Fairbairn said: “"Even though it was the first time skiing for many, I am hoping we have inspired students to persevere with a new skill and potentially even kick-start the career of a future gold medallist!”
Year Eight pupil Charlie Grover said: “Although it was a long coach journey to Austria it was worth it because it was the best time of my life.
"It was truly amazing and I can’t wait to go back next year.”
