A woman was given a two-year behaviour order for shoplifting from a bakery and anti-social behaviour.

Sarah Rock, 39, of Gloucester Grove, Edgware, was arrested on June 16 for shoplifting from Gregg's Bakery in Watling Avenue, Edgware, and has been "persistently" causing anti-social behaviour in Burnt Oak.

Other complaints included that Ms Rock was verbally abusive to members of the public, urinated in public and approached people in Watling Avenue "for the purpose of soliciting."

On June 20, Ms Rock was banned from entering a number of shops and bakeries along Watling Avenue for two years as part of a two-year criminal behaviour order (CBO), and was given one day's detention.

As part of the CBO she must not be found causing anti-social behaviour, loitering, being drunk in public throughout the borough and entering any vehicle without permission, among other stipulations.

Community Inspector, Jason Moseley said: "The Burnt Oak Neighbourhood Policing Team and Partnership agencies have been working together since January 2017 in a year-long joint operation, tackling crime and Anti-Social behaviour within the Burnt Oak area."

He added: "The team will continue to bring offenders to justice and improve the quality of life for residents and commerce."

Ms Rock is also expected to attend a drugs and alcohol service within a month of receiving the order.
