Firefighters are delivering life-saving training sessions to residents.
The sessions run by Borehamwood Fire Crews will show attendees how to perform CPR and how to use a defibrillator.
The events are not courses, and will not lead to a qualification but teach a valuable skill that can be used in an emergency.
The sessions will last between one and two hours and will be held in Borehamwood Fire Station.
The sessions will be held on Monday, September 4 at 6.30pm, Wednesday, October 4 at 2pm, Monday, October 23 at 6.30pm and Tuesday, November 7 at 6.30pm.
