A Finchley composer won the Audience Award for Best Music at the British Animation Film Festival.
Ros Gilman was awarded the prestigious gong for his work on the animated short film Johanne, directed by Anna-Ester Volozh.
The Royal College of Music alumnus said: "I'm absolutely thrilled to find the work we've done on Johanne has been recognised by the industry - and more importantly, by the audiences.
"The soundtrack for Johanne is the final result of invested time and dedication - I'm proud to have played a part in putting the film together."
The film follows the day in the life of a medieval heroine, inspired by the story of Joan of Arc from a modern feminist perspective.
