4PWRR Flag Raising Ceremony at Deansbrook Road army reserve centre in Edgware
An army unit has joined the Princess of Wales' Royal Regiment, known as the "tigers".
B Company, a unit based at the Army Reserve Unit in Deansbrook Road, Edgware, has been inducted into the Princess of Wales' Regiment, fourth battalion (4PWRR) and will now join them at their base in Tower Hill.
The change brings an end to the B Company's long connect with the London Regiment, as it has been in and around north London since 1992.
On September 1, B Company personnel, the key staff including the Commanding Officer from the 4PWRR Battalion HQ, commemorated their new partnership with a ceremony at Deansbrook Road.
