Residents are reminded to get involved in the vote this Friday.
The by-election for the Borehamwood Kenilworth ward will take place between 7am and 10pm tomorrow with the results announced early on Friday morning.
The polling stations will be held at Holy Cross Church Hall in Warren Grove and the Toby Carvery in Studio Way in Borehamwood.
Those standing in the by-election are Elaine Elliman for the Liberal Democrats, Vikki Johnson for UKIP, Jeremy Newmark for the Labour Party, independent candidate Lawrence Stack and Pat Strack for the Conservative Party.
Voters should have received a poll card last month to allow them to vote, which advises which polling station they should attend.
Postal votes should be sent to Hertsmere Borough Council before Thursday or can be returned on the day by visiting the relevant posting station.
