Drugs and cash were seized from a house by police.

Officers from the Potters Bar and Shenley Safer Neighbourhood Team carried out a drugs warrant in Updale Close, Potters Bar, on December 1 at 8am.

They forced entry into the house and cannabis and cash were seized after police were tipped off by members of the public.

A 44-year-old man from Potters Bar was arrested then released under investigation.

PC Chris Humphreys said: "We received a lot of information from residents about suspected drug dealing and with intelligence, we were able to obtain a drugs warrant.

"Please let us know if you suspect your neighbour is involved in drugs.

"We need to make sure, we take drugs off the streets to safeguard members of the public, especially young people."
