The community truly walked in a winter wonderland at a special event.
Grahame Park Community Centre hosted a winter wonderland where hundreds of children from the nearby estate gathered to enjoy free food, Christmas carols and even a Santa piñata.
The event, organised by Genesis Housing Association, Barnet London Borough, Countryside, Barnet Homes, Colindale Communities Trust and Be Engaged, also featured a special performance of carols by children from Orion Primary School, St James Catholic High School and Blessed Dominic's Primary School.
Jacqui Farquharson, resident engagement officer for Genesis, said: "The event went really well; we had the Mayor of Barnet there and actual real reindeers the kids were ecstatic! We engaged with hundreds of children, it was very successful event.
"The real attraction was real reindeers that made us all gasp - not only the children."
Children were also able to meet Santa himself and take home candyfloss, toffee apple and chocolate advent calendars.
