The woman was arrested in Fairlop Road, Leytonstone
A woman has been charged with a string of offences including possession with intent to supply a noxious substance.
Met Police said the 23-year-old was arrested on Thursday in Fairlop Road, Leytonstone.
The suspect, who is yet to be named by officers, was later charged with possession of a noxious substance with intent to supply.
She was also charged with possession of an offensive weapon, possession of a Class B drug and possession with intent to supply a psychoactive substance.
