Companies across the borough are raising money for Sport Relief.
People working in Sainsbury's in Potters Bar will be raising money for the campaign, culminating in a week of activities from March 17 including cake sales, a quiz night, a football match and scratch cards.
Karen Staples, the store manager, said: "Our colleagues love getting involved with Sport Relief fundraising and we’re all really proud to support such a great cause.
"There are some brilliant activities planned this year and we look forward to inviting customers to join in with the fun."
On the same dame, in Edgware, The Broadwalk Centre is hosting a smoothie bike challenge to give both adults and children the chance to get a bit of exercise while also mixing up a delicious blend, using specially designed smoothie bikes.
Shoppers can also have a chat with the centre's master smoothie maker for some of the best recipes around.
The bikes will be situated on March 17 outside Costa coffee from 12pm, with a recommended donation of £1 to Sports Relief.
