Three men have been arrested following a car chase with police.
Police Officers in plain clothes in an unmarked police car pursued the vehicle after it failed to stop.
Police spotted a silver Ford Focus in Highfield Avenue in the early hours of April 11 without any lights on.
The vehicle was pursued along the A406 to Staples Corner then along Edgware Road before it turned into Longley Way and stopped.
A police check showed that the vehicle was also displaying false number plates.
The vehicle contained power tools suspected to be stolen and are believed to be ready for use in a robbery.
Three men, were arrested and taken to a North London Police Station.
One of the men is also wanted by Surrey Police for robbery and kidnap.
The suspects have since been released and the case is being investigated.
