The Avenue cordoned off by police last Wednesday
A 16-year-old boy charged with the murder of an 18-year-old boy in Watford appeared at St Albans Crown Court via video link yesterday.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with murder, after Risaan Udayakumar was stabbed at a house in The Avenue last Tuesday and died in hospital.
The boy was remanded to appear for a pre-trial preparation hearing on September 20 this year.
