Luton Town chairman David Pinkney has vowed to keep the club afloat after seeing it go into administration.
The Hatters supremo, who lives in Harpenden, will cover all the costs including players' wages until a buyer is found.
The Kenilworth Road side were deducted ten points on Thursday after going into administration, leaving them in the relegation zone.
Just a week earlier the Football Association charged the club with more than 50 offences in connection with alleged breaches of rules during the period between July 2004 and February 2007.
