Middlesex University students studying for a degree in nursing will be taught in Hendon from next month because of the closure of its Enfield campus.
The March intake for the university's undergraduate degree and advanced diploma course have been transferred early from Ponders End to avoid having to move them halfway through their course.
The rest of the Enfield students, who study health and social science degrees and postgraduate qualifications, will transfer to the Hendon campus, in The Burroughs, during the summer holidays, inbetween their academic years.
The Enfield campus will then close.
Kay Caldwell, head of Middlesex University's Institute of Nursing and Midwifery, said: "In the last few months we have had a real increase in applications for nursing courses. Many students come from the local area so they will know the Hendon location before they arrive".
