Three men have been charged in connection with one of the largest ever seizures of cannabis in London.
The 4.6 tonnes of herbal cannabis, with a street value of nearly £20m, was delivered to a building behind a hairdressers in The Broadway, Burnt Oak on Tuesday.
Yasin Muse, 38, of Gaskarth Road, Edgware, Christopher Hopkins, 29, of Newport and 26-year-old Abdirahman Khalib, of Stanmore were arrested and charged following the police operation All three men will appear at Hendon Magistrates' Court today charged with the importation of cannabis.
A 37-year-old Somalian man and a 35-year-old British/Afghan man were bailed to return pending further enquiries.
