TWO men accused of murdering a father-of-three in Edgware will not enter a plea until November.
Jake Lee, 21, of Heathfield Road, Acton, and Louis Tate, 23, of Rosamun Street, Southall, have been charged with the murder of Garry Frater on May 30.
Mr Frater, a popular Edgware resident, died after being hit by a car in De Havilland Road just yards from his home, having just returned from a night out in Watford.
The accused pair appeared at the Old Bailey for a plea and case directions hearing yesterday morning, but their case was deferred until Thursday, November 26.
