A WOMAN was taken to surgery with serious injuries after being attacked a dog in a Barnet park.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack in Oak Hill Park, Parkside Gardens, East Barnet on December 2, at around 3pm.
The 43 year old woman was bitten on her leg and sustained serious injuries resulting in surgery.
The dog is described as a black and brown Staffordshire bull terrier type. Officers are looking for a white male in his mid to late 20s, approx 6ft tall with blonde cropped hair.
