A NAZI symbol was scratched onto a vehicle in Finchley over the weekend prompting an investigation by police.
Detectives are appealing for information after a Swastika was etched onto the bonnet of a black Vauxhall hatchback in the Church Crescent/Dollis Park area.
It is thought the symbol was scratched into the paintwork using a key.
Police said the incident may have occurred between 11am on Friday and 1pm on Saturday. They also confirmed it is being classed as an anti-semitic crime.
Anyone who may have seen any suspicious behaviour around the area or knows who marked the car, is urged to contact the community safety unit on 0300 123 1212 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
