A FINCHLEY man was arrested with two other men for fraud after being caught acting suspiciously on CCTV at a bank in Borehamwood on Wednesday.
The men were found with a card skimming device and screwdriver at Barclays Bank, in Shenley Road. Skimming is a process where the data from a card's magnetic strip is electronically copied onto another card.
The 24-year-old Finchley man, a 21-year-old man and a 24-year-old man, both of no fixed address, were arrested on suspicion of going equipped for the crime and conspiracy to commit fraud.
They have been given a police caution and have been handed over to the UK Borders (and Immigration) Agency for immigration offences.
