Trains came to a standstill on Sunday night after a fight at Finchley Central Tube station.
A man was taken to hospital by ambulance after he fell and hit his head against a glass window. His condition was described later as stable.
The disruption caused delays to Northern Line trains after police were called at 11.20pm. A man was arrested after the incident.
