THE trial of a pensioner accused of shooting his ex-partner in a Finchley street is set to start at the Old Bailey today.
Retired businessman Ronald Seymour, 70, of Hendon Lane, is charged with attempted murder following the shooting of Sonia Delaville, 65, in February.
Ms Delaville was shot near her home in Cavendish Avenue at about 5.30pm on February 11.
