PAVEMENT Parking will come under the spotlight at tonight's Chipping Barnet residents' forum, as 33 Selwood Drive residents present a petition against enforcement.
Serena Wilson has led the petition, calling for the refund of parking fines.
"We have always parked on the pavement as there is not enough room on the road, for some 20 years," she argues.
"We would like all of our parking tickets to be refunded immediately ... At the moment, we are parking in the street which is causing serious issues to larger vehicles gaining access."
According to the council, the enforcement of footway contraventions in Sellwood Drive ceased on July 27, 2011.
The Chipping Barnet residents' forum will be held at All Saints Art Centre, Oakleigh Road, from 6pm.
