A TEENAGER has been ordered to pay £150 compensation after damaging the door of a takeaway shop in Shenley Road.
The 17-year-old, who appeared before St Albans magistrates on Thursday, September 22, pleaded guilty to smashing a pane of glass at Dominos Pizza, on July 2, 2011.
He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £150, a victim surcharge of £15 and costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £50.
Taking into account the teenager’s guilty plea, the court ordered him to repay the £290 total in weekly payments of £10.
