Plans to relocate Saracens rugby club to Copthall Stadium will be decided by Barnet Council tonight.
Council officers have recommended the application to develop the Sixties athletics stadium into a 10,000 seated venue is approved, subject to conditions.
The proposals state the new ground would be used for up to 16 Saracens home matches a year but remain open for community use on non-match days.
Councillors will make a decision at a planning and environment committee meeting at Hendon Town Hall in The Burroughs at 7pm.
