People in Barnet are to get a leg-up in finding jobs and education opportunities in the borough.
The Green Man Management Group is hosting an opportunities fair on Friday from 1pm to 5pm, at the Green Man Community Centre which they run on behalf of the community.
The fair will promote organisations offering employment and training opportunities.
More than 20 organisations are expected to take place; everything from Age UK Barnet to the Richmond Fellowship who specialise in promoting social inclusion.
Mark Healey, Green Man Community Centre manager, said: “We are helping to create local opportunities for local people.
“It’s about bringing organisations together to promote what they are doing.”
Last year more than 300 people attended the event.
It is hoped that this year up to 500 people will attend.
