A teenager from Potters Bar has been charged with robbery and possession of a firearm.
Charlie Akhurst, 19, of Rushfield, allegedly took a Blackberry mobile phone and a black shoulder bag from a woman in the Dollis Valley Estate on Friday, March 30.
Shortly after midnight he is then alleged to have committed another robbery while holding a black handgun.
He was charged on Sunday, April 1, with one count of robbery and one count of robbery while in possession of a firearm. He will remain in police custody until he appears at Hendon Magistrates Court later today.
