A third suspect has been charged in connection with misappropriation of funds at Copland Community School.
Police have today charged Michele McKenzie, 52, of Shaldon Drive, Ruislip with conspiracy to defraud (contrary to Common Law) and conspiracy to commit false accounting (contrary to Section One of the Criminal Law Act 1977).
Earlier today, Dr Richard Evans of Barnet Road was charged with conspiracy to defraud (contrary to Common Law) and fraud by abuse of position (contrary to the Fraud Act 2006).
The 55-year-old maths teacher lost his job at Copland Community School, Wembley, in November 2009 and was given a permanent position at Mill Hill County High School in April 2010.
Police also charged Sir Alan Davies of Grants Close, Mill Hill yesterday with conspiracy to defraud, money laundering, conspiracy to commit false accounting and fraud by abuse of position.
The 64-year-old is a former head of Copland Community School.
All three have been bailed to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, June 12.
Four other people have been arrested in connection with the enquiry and have been bailed to return on various dates in May pending further enquiries.
