An Edgware car business will host a Queen’s Diamond Jubilee party in aid of charity next week.

Families can attend the event at Dagenham Motors in The Hyde, Edgware Road from 2pm on Friday, June 8.

Activities will include pin the tail on the Corgi, hopscotch, royal face painting, a lucky dip and raffle.

Cash raised on the day will go to St Luke’s Hospice in Harrow which provides specialist palliative care for people with advanced progressive illnesses.

Wonderful to see commercail organisations doing their bit.Let's hope more businesses will emulate their example and help raise monies for their favoured charity.

Have to agree,great to see the big companies garnering some community spirit for charity. One pedantic thing though, is that this is in Colindale (On the Edware Road)...Thanks for the article still!
