Temple hosting blood donation session this weekend

A temple in Golders Green is encouraging people to give blood this Sunday.

A blood donation session will be held at Shree Swaminarayan Temple, in Finchley Road, from 10am-12.30pm and from 2-4.30pm on Sunday, July 15.

Organiser Muks Rabadia has given blood 29 times. He said: “It is the single most selfless act someone can do.

“It helps a wide range of people – the next day your blood could be used to help someone giving birth, or a victim in an accident or someone suffering from blood diseases.

“People should make it part of their normal lives.”
