Four men in court charged with Luke Fitzpatrick murder in Dollis Hill

Four men will be appearing in court today charged with the murder of roofer Luke Fitzpatrick, on May 19.

A 17-year-old will appear at Willesden Youth Court charged with murder, attempted murder, causing grievous bodily harm and violent disorder.

Ali Abdullah, 20, of Ainsworth Close, Dollis Hill, Mustafa Bereima, 19, of Ainsworth Close and Rafael Dejesus, 25, of Feltham have all been charged with violent disorder.

They are also expected to appear at Willesden Youth Court today.

Mr Fitzpatrick, 25, of Dollis Hill, was stabbed to death in Coles Green Road after leaving the Ox and Gate pub where he had been watching football with friends.

His 56-year-old father was seriously injured as he tried to protect his son.

A 16-year-old from Mill Hill has already been charged with murder, attempted murder, assault and violent disorder in connection with the incident.

He appeared at Brent Magistrates’ Court on May 26 and was remanded in custody.

He is expected to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow.

Christopher Walters, 23, of Lovett Way, Neasden, was charged with the murder of Mr Fitzpatrick, attempted murder, assault, violent disorder and possession of cannabis.

He appeared at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on June 2 and was remanded in custody.

He is also expected to appear at the Old Bailey tomorrow.
