Drink it Juice Bar run by people with learning disabilities is hoping to rake in some much needed cash at two festivals this weekend.

Barnet Mencap’s juice bar faces closure if it fails to raise £5,000 by the end of the year but hopes to attend as many events as possible to ensure it keeps afloat.

The juice bar will be serving up healthy fruit shakes at Oxfest music festival in Oxhey Village Green in Watford from 3-7pm on Saturday, September 8.

It will also be open for trade at Muswell Hill Festival in East Finchley on Sunday, September 9.

The Times Series has launched Give us Some Juice campaign to raise cash to save the juice bar which will be reopening at Finchley Youth Theatre in High Road, East Finchley on Saturday, September 22.

The scheme gives people with learning disabilities a paid role as well as the opportunity to  gain qualifications in health and safety, customer services and first aid.
