Concern is mounting for a vulnerable man who has been missing for more than two days.
Phillip Saravanamuttu, 23, worked for an insurance company but emailed them on Monday, September 3 to tell them he was leaving.
Mr Saravanamuttu, who suffers from depression and other medical problems, also sent an email containing a message which has caused grave alarm to his friends and family.
The white British male was last seen by his flatmates in Fortis Green, East Finchley, at 5.30pm on Tuesday, September 4.
He is of a very slight build and is 5ft 10ins tall. He was last seen wearing a red checked shirt, blue jeans, Lacoste trainers and carrying a black bag.
Police enquiries reveal that a cash withdrawal for £200 was made from his bank card at an ATM in High Street, Camden at 4.30pm on Wednesday, September 5.
Mr Saravanamuttu is known to frequent Westminster, Victoria, Camden and Soho and also has connections with Manchester where his family and friends from university live.
