Children with special needs experience the fun of the fair at the Furzefield Centre in Potters Bar

Children with learning disabilities will be given a special preview of a funfair in Potters Bar tomorrow.

More than 50 children from The Potters Bar Special Needs Group will get to experience the fun of the fair at the Furzefield Centre, in Mutton Lane, tomorrow evening.

They will try out a range of free rides put on by funfair operator Charles Mayne.

It is hoped that the event will allow the children and their siblings to enjoy the fair at their own pace.

The Potters Bar Special Needs Group has been operating for 15 years and is solely run by parents and volunteers who work to help children with special needs and their siblings.
