Estate residents Love where they Live
People living in a housing estate in New Southgate have worked hard to help turn their neighbourhood into a place to be proud of.
Residents of Coppies Grove Estate were invited to take part in social landlord, Barnet Homes’, Love where you Live campaign on Saturday.
They worked alongside Barnet Homes’ staff to give the area a makeover and carried out gardening, litter picking, cleaning and painting.
There were also free activities for children, a barbecue for all those who help and a chance to meet the fire brigade and local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
