Eighty people will take part in a dance session to raise cash for an air ambulance charity.
Dance enthusiasts can still sign up for the bokwa and zumba class at the Furzefield Centre in Mutton Lane, Potters Bar, from 7.20-9.30pm on Tuesday, October 9.
The session will involve 45 minutes of bokwa, where participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing cardio workout, followed by 45 minutes of zumba, a Latin-inspired calorie-burning dance fitness class.
All money raised will go to the Herts Air Ambulance which operates five days a week, providing a free life-saving Helicopter Emergency Medical Service.
Entry to the event is £5 and donations will be collected throughout the evening. To book a place contact 01707 850500.
