Fitness fans raise charity cash for North London Hospice

A fitness marathon raised more than £3,000 for the North London Hospice on Sunday.

Almost 100 people joined in zumba classes, circuit training and yoga sessions to raise money for the charity, which has centres in Enfield and Barnet.

Money was raised through donations and a raffle.

The fitness fundraiser was held at Fortismere School, in Tetherdown, Muswell Hill, and was run by trainers at JCW Fitness.

Company owner Jane Wrafter, 42, said: “There was such a great atmosphere and everyone was smiling and having such fun. Everyone really rallied together. I hope we have helped made a difference to the hospice.”

The North London Hospice provides care and support to people with life limiting illnesses.
