Young people have been rewarded for their achievements in the community.
More than 200 students aged 11 to 25 received a Jack Petchey Achievement Award as well as a cheque for £200.
The winners included 14-year-old Joel Merryweather, from East Barnet School.
Joel took a lead role in a robot competition, helping his team beat off competition from other schools before going on to win at the nationals.
Neha Thakker, 18, also won an award after raising more than £800 for Barnet Young Carers and Mapledown School, in Claremont Road, Cricklewood. She also gives up every Wednesday lunchtime to go to a care home for the elderly to teach them how to use a computer.
The Jack Petchey awards scheme provides annual funding of £58,400 to schools in Barnet.
