Being a councillor he should know better than to lash out at someone & he has let down all those who have voted for him...

If it had been another councillor Mr Coleman would be the 1st in line shouting for the person to step down as councillor..

Mr Coleman has given Barnet a bad name for too long, and as a driver I applaud the stand taken by Helen Michael (his victim). The last time I used the phone parking system on Finchley High Rd I was stopped by 3 separate bemused people, 2 of which were elderly, who asked me how they could pay their parking. One had no phone and another very elderly lady obviously had no comprehension whatsoever of what I was trying to explain. I find the parking enforcement in Barnet pedantic at best and, at worst, viciously discriminatory.

@ScrumpyandC
You have touched on an area which could be used as the downfall of pay by phone parking! It is socially exclusive, the EU have very strong views and laws on social exclusion.
