An application to alter plans for The Hive stadium will be debated by councillors this week.
The application, made by Barnet FC for amendments to its plans for the stadium in Camrose Avenue, was submitted to Harrow Borough Council earlier this year.
Councillors will discuss the plans, which include an increase in the height of floodlighting, an increase in the height and capacity of the west stand and a reduction in the capacity of standing areas.
Council officers have recommended the proposals be refused but a decision will be made by members at a meeting of the planning committee on Thursday August 1.
Last week the Harrow Times reported that Barnet FC was granted permission to hold events in the west stand at the Hive, but with 39 conditions attached to the events licence given by Harrow Council.
